This vegan and gluten free sticky toffee pudding is moist, sticky and full of flavour. Its made with real dates, gently flavoured with mixed spices, and topped with a rich toffee sauce. It's the ultimate comfort pudding, goes perfectly with a none dairy ice-cream.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Store them in the fridge. They have approx. 4 weeks shelf life when you get them. They are also suitable for freezing if you can’t eat them all in one go! Freeze on delivery, and they will keep for three months.
TO SERVE: remove from foil tray, and warm each portion in the microwave for about 30 seconds, and until the sauce is runny. Alternatively, pop the tray in the oven for a few minutes minutes, just enough to melt the sauce. So, go ahead, treat yourself!
