A classic cake, that pairs fantastically with a cup of tea. This delicious cake contains no refined sugar; we use powdered fruit sugars for our drizzle to give a zesty hit.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: Store in an air tight container. The cake has approximately 5 days shelf life when you get it. Store it in an air tight container until the best before date. Its suitable for freezing if you can’t eat it all in one go, and it best frozen as a whole piece (rather than cut into individual slices). It helps to keep its texture. Freeze on delivery, and it will keep well for three months.
