Vegan Chocolate Beetroot Cake


This is a deliciously moist loaf style vegan chocolate cake with a very rich earthy flavour, and topped with a vegan ‘buttercream’ and raspberry pieces. This loaf style cake serves 8 – 10 .

This  cake provides 8 -10 slices. Its topping is fragile in nature so we can only provide Manchester delivery for the finished cake at the moment. For other parts of the UK, we can deliver it  to your door cooked and 'ready to assemble'. Sounds like fun!

Shelf life and storage: The cake is delivered in a recyclable cake box. Store it in the fridge when you get it and it has  about 7 days shelf life . Its can also be frozen if you can’t eat it all in one go! Freeze on delivery, and it will keep for  a month.

To serve: Best served at room temperature to bring out of the flavours.

Ingredients: Gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat flours), water, beetroot, demerara unrefined sugar, vegetable oil, plant based spread (rapeseed oil, water, coconut oil, almond (nuts), emulsifier (lecithin), carrot juice, lemon juice,  natural flavourings),  baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen; rice  flour), pea protein,  powdered fruit sugar, xanthan gum, vanilla extract, salt, freeze dried raspberry pieces.
