This polenta cake comes uncut, so you can decide your own portion size. Typically makes 9 - 12 good sized pieces.
Shelf life and storage: Store it in the fridge. It has approx 3 weeks shelf life when you get it . Its also suitable for freezing if you can’t eat it all in one go!. Freeze on delivery, and it will keep for three months.
