Sticky Toffee Pudding: Sponge: water, dates ( min 20%), gluten free flour blend  (rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), free range eggs, demerara unrefined sugar, butter (cow’s milk) , muscavado unrefined sugar, natural flavourings and spices, bicarbonate of soda, xanthan gum.Toffee sauce: cream (cow’s milk), butter (cow’s milk) muscavado unrefined sugar.

American Style Chocolate Brownie: ground almonds (nuts), free range eggs, vegetable oil, Coconut sugar,  demerara unrefined sugar, cocoa powder,  xanthan gum, vanilla extract, bicarbonate of soda.
