Delicious desserts anyone can enjoy.

We both have a sweet tooth, particularly for cakes and desserts. If you can't have gluten or wheat, like us, the options when you eat out  are limited or non existent. It's really frustrating to go out to a restaurant,  cafe or function, for there to be no choice.

SLAB bakery was created in 2017 to make great tasting food for restaurants and caterers that anyone can eat, whether your customers are gluten free, wheat free, or not. We're just passionate about  creating food that everyone can enjoy. All our desserts are handmade with love and attention in our gluten free kitchen in Manchester.

Do you cater for all of your customers?

Our dessert are delicious, you'd never know they are gluten free . We found that gluten free and wheat free foods are often rammed with more sugar than 'normal' foods, and often taste dry.  We look for alternatives to refines sugar in our puddings. 

Sometimes less is better!

You don't have to be gluten intolerant to enjoy our desserts

More good news, all our desserts are also suitable for vegetarians too, and we never use palm oil.

Many of our products are now also available to buy in our online shop so you can enjoy them at home.
