We focus on taste.

SLAB bakery was born out of my frustration at not being able to get great quality ‘normal tasting’ gluten free puddings. My goal first and foremost,  is to create great tasting puddings, that are also suitable for people with dietary restrictions such as gluten or wheat intolerances.

They are FREE FROM gluten and wheat, and contain no refined sugar. We use only the best ingredients, and there's no unpronounceable preservative or additives. We have a strong environmental ethos too. We use only free range eggs  in all of our puddings and cakes, and DON'T use palm oil.  Our packaging is recyclable.

Tired of puddings that have no flavour?

Our dessert are delicious, you'd never know they are gluten free . We found that gluten free and wheat free foods are often rammed with more sugar than 'normal' foods.  We look for alternatives to refined sugar in our puddings.
